My Chromebook/Laptop is lagging and slow

If a Chromebook or Laptop appears to be "lagging" or "slow loading" please do the following before opening a ticket.

- Run a speed test by going to  www.speedtest.net , just click GO

- Make note of your ping time, download speed and upload speed.

- You are looking for at least 4 MB Dowload speed.

- Are you experiencing the same slowness on other websites?

- Have you restarted your machine?

- Still experiencing issues? Please open a ticket but you MUST include the following details

• Results of your Speed Test - Ping ms, Download, & Upload
• What website or program are you attempting to use
• Include a screenshot of any error message/s
• Date and time of issue
• Your exact physical location (Mrs. Jennifer's room, sitting on the back row by the windows)
• Can you see the Access Point (AP) on the ceiling? It looks like a white frisbee. What is the label say?
